Management Positions
Restaurant Manager
The Manager is ultimately responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including opening, mid or closing shifts. Responsibilities include guest relations, management, supervision of all staff and staffing levels, ordering and fulfillment of supplies, quality of food and beverage, housekeeping safety and pace. Assistant Kitchen Manager
The AKM is ultimately responsible for ensuring great food quality and recipe adherence throughout the shift. Is responsible for all kitchen functions on an opening, mid or closing shift to include food quality management, supervision of all kitchen staff, housekeeping, kitchen set-up, sanitation, safety and pace. Is responsible for scheduling and development of kitchen staff. Has financial responsibility for food costs, labor costs and kitchen supplies.
